Other Monitoring roles

Along with producing the Annual Monitoring Report, the Assembly is involved with monitoring projects across the Yorkshire and Humber Region:

• Developing the emerging Monitoring Framework for Draft Regional Spatial Strategy, The Yorkshire and Humber Plan. More details.
• On-going development of a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) program to spatially analyse data.
• Development of joined-up monitoring of the Regional Housing Strategy, the Regional Economic Strategy and the Regional Spatial Strategy through the Integrated Regional Framework.
• Involvement on the Yorkshire Futures Benchmarking Program, monitoring growth in the Region against comparative regions within the European Union.
• Promoting the development and refinement of monitoring across the region, through the Regional Monitoring Officers Group.
